Before that, I spent time at The Walt Disney Company teaching new Cast Members how to create the best experiences in the world, and at ecobee, where I dove deep into the intersection of IoT and smart home energy. My foundation was built in the fast-paced consumer operations world at Vodafone.

My current focus is a rigorous period of professional development to bridge the gap between leadership and product strategy — combining formal certifications with hands-on tinkering to master the space where user needs meet technical architecture.
